Natural Gas Boilers
Installation
Whilst we can install any make of boiler, being Vaillant Advance registered means we can offer extended guarantees on a wide range of new Vaillant boilers.
All new boiler installs will come with a free carbon monoxide (CO) alarm fitted.
Un Vented Hot Water Cylinders
Specifying, Installing and Servicing
If your combi-boiler cannot meet all your hot water needs or your hot water pressure from a conventional cylinder is not enough for a proper shower, an un-vented hot water cylinder could be the answer. We can test your mains water supply for static pressure, dynamic pressure and flow rates to ensure it is capable of supporting an un-vented cylinder. If it meets specifications then we can install and maintain a range cylinders to meet your needs.
'Wet' Underfloor Heating
Installation and Repair
Hot water underfloor heating systems are a very efficient way to heat a home as they run at lower temperatures than radiators whilst heating the room more evenly. We can plumb underfloor heating manifolds into your existing heating system or include as part of a larger heating / hot water project.
Smart Controls
For Heating and Hot Water Systems
As we move towards the "smart" home a wide range of smart control systems have emerged to replace the old "timer" controls for your boiler. We have experience ranging from simple controls which you can manage remotely from your mobile phone (Hive), to more complex systems where each radiator can have it's own program so you do not heat rooms that you do not need to (Honeywell).
Pipes, Taps and Waste
Repair, Alteration or Replacement
We will tackle that dripping tap or leaking waste pipe, replacing parts and re-sealing as necessary. Or maybe you need a pipe moving when you redecorate or services provided for a new dishwasher in the kitchen. We can also connect up and test new appliances including leak tests on new gas cookers
Radiator Systems
Maintenance, Balancing or Flushing
Are your radiators not performing as you would like, are some rooms not getting up to temperature? We can ensure that radiator and boiler capacity are sufficient for your needs before moving onto radiator balancing and power flushing as necessary.
